Shipping Policy

 

  • Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout via USPS or UPS. Orders exceeding $500 will be insured for your protection.

 

  • For International orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs, import, or brokerage fees and taxes.

  • To ensure a quick and safe delivery, we do not ship to package forwarding services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Regarding exotic materials (e.g., Alligator, Ostrich), we comply with federal and state laws. These items may not be available for shipping to all regions, including outside the United States.

 

  • Shipping times (excluding Priority Mail Express and similar guaranteed delivery options) are estimates provided by our carriers.

 

What should I do if my package is lost in transit or has not updated? 

  • Due to high demand for deliveries across the U.S., tracking information may not always show updates If you believe your package is lost, please wait up to 14 business days (21 for international orders) for it to resume movement. In most cases, it will be delivered. If it appears your package is lost in transit, please contact us! We will assist you in recovering your order or issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges if applicable) to your original payment method.

 

I need my order by a specific deadline. What should I do? 

  • If you your order by a certain date (e.g., for a gift or event), we recommend selecting Priority Mail Express, which guarantees delivery within the specified timeframe (excluding federal holidays and severe weather). Ground Advantage is not recommended for time-sensitive orders, as it is slower (3-6 business days).

  • Please note that during the holiday, all postal carriers experience high volumes of packages. 

Refund Policy


**All Sales Are Final**

  • Please review order carefully before confirming your purchase, as all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for items purchased at MODA Vista Collections, whether in or online, unless a significant defect is noted.

 

  • All items are sold “AS IS.” While guarantee the authenticity of our products, we do not offer any warranties or guarantees craftsmanship.

 

  • If the purchased item develops defects later, the buyer is responsible for repair costs. the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers should contact MODA Vista Collections for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company.

 

  • If discover a significant defect or concerns about an item's authenticity, please feel free to reach out to us.

 

**Exceptions to the No Refund Policy**

*** Apparel may be returned seven (7) days of receipt.

*** Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached for site credit only.

*** Refunds will incur a $3.99 restocking fee.

*** Original shipping charges will not be refunded. This applies only to online purchases.

*** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
